If you have the time, energy, money, and hardware to do this, we would be happy to help. We really believe in free community services like this from those that have the ability to provide them. What we have done is fairly involved and complex but yours doesn't have to be. With a single dedicated computer, a scanner with an external audio output, and some free software, you too can have your own online scanner. Feel free to email us and we will do everything we can to assist in your project. If you offer your scanner as a free public service, we will provide our services free of charge. If you charge a subscription fee or offer ad space, we will discuss other arrangements for our time.
